I am truly, madly, deeply in love with the Glee version of Queen's Somebody to Love.  ♥♥♥

OK, I'll admit it:  I am head-over-heels in love with the show.  It's a guilty pleasure.  But I am not ashamed.

I agree, Glee is pure crack...and I love it :-)

Sue may be my absolute favorite character on Glee. She is made of win. \o/ Loved the actress in 40-Year-Old Virgin, too.

I don't watch ANTM, so Glee is it for me at the moment. *g* My husband started watching Glee with me recently, but he wants it to be our secret b/c he thinks he'd never live it down if anyone discovered he watches. Oh well, I say you guys don't count. :P

If Glee is crack, I want to put it in my pipe and smoke it.

I love Queen, but that version of 'Somebody to Love' is fan-freakin'-tastic! I love this show, but that song is probably my favourite so far of everything that they have done!

And I wouldn't call it a guilty pleasure. It's just good plain satirical fun... :D

I know! It's my fave Glee-ified song, too. :D Fabulous.

*g* Whatever it is, I ♥ it.

I love that show. Every single character is insane, the plots are ridiculous and the singing sublime. What more do I need?

(And Cheno was on!)

You have summed it up so nicely; I have nothing meaningful to add. :)

Ah, yes! A song by Queen isn't something I really expected from the show, but I just love this version.

I've actually gotten a bunch of people hooked on it, via me just watching it and them being in the same room :).

Glee is infectious. That's all there really is to say.

It IS infectious. ♥ I can't tell you how much sheer fun I have watching this show.

No, no- don't be embarrassed! Say it loud and proud - "I am a Gleek!"

I think it is one of the best ensemble casts going, and I can't wait to see how they develop more of the background characters. I'm really looking forward to finding out whether Quinn is going to redeem herself, or re-commit to the Cheerios dark side!

Everybody, say it with me now, "I am a Gleek!"

I can't hear you!

I am a Gleek!

Yes, that's something I'm looking fwd to seeing as well. Every character is so nutty; it's just fun to watch. And the music is fantabulous.

Exactly how I feel. Usually it's not my type of show but, I'm loving it!

Initially I was shocked by how much I enjoyed it. Now I've just accepted that I love it and look fwd to each episode. :)

Glee is like my new favorite thing ever! I want there to be a glee website where you can just go and watch the videos of their songs all day long. (without youtube making them disappear) And their Queen's Somebody to Love just gives me chills everytime I here it!

It is quite the happy-making show, isn't it? :D

I am not ashamed either! That show has me wrapped around it's little finger and I listen to the music so much.

"Somebody to Love" came on the radio the other day. That first lyric is unmistakeable. And I wondered, 'Glee's music is on the radio now??' Very quickly I realized that it was Queen's version of the song. I am old enough to have grown up listening to it (I think) but I just don't recall it. I have to say, that to my ears now, Glee's version ROCKS it completely.

But seriously, I'm in love with pretty much ALL of their song remakes. ♥ ♥

Haha It's funny that you thought the Glee version was on the radio. *g*

Yes, the music is freaking fantastic. ♥

Glee is very much love. ♥

It makes me so happy I can't even explain. :D
It also helps that this happened a few weeks ago.

If you love the music too you might want to have a look at this page - if you haven't already that is. :)

That show is truly awesome. Of course, it's got the same theme of the kind of movies I like: Drumline, The Cutting Edge, Save the Last Dance, Center Stage, Step Up, Take the Lead (great true story about dance teacher believing in a bunch of problem kids when no one else would!), etc.
