Writing Prompts

*waves hello to all the writers out there*  willgirl and I have been posting writing prompts/exercises at The Anti-Boneyard.  Below the cut are four prompts I've recently posted.

*F-list, it's quite possible I'll be spammy today, so look away if that sort of thing bothers you.  *g*
1. In the beginning

2. I saw it all in a shard of glass

3.  "You're not friends. You'll never be friends. You'll be in love till it kills you both. You'll fight and you'll shag and you'll hate each other till it makes you quiver, but you'll never be friends. Love isn't brains, children, it's blood. Blood screaming inside you to work its will."

~Spike talking about Buffy and Angel
(Buffy the Vampire Slayer)

4.  Write about silence.

If you'd like to share some exercises or prompts of your own, feel free to comment on this post.  Or if you write something in response to any of these exercises and want to share it, comment or send me a link.  However, you're not obligated to share.  In other words, do whatever you want with these.  I just hope they prove useful for someone.   If you'd like to see the previous exercises I've posted, just click on the tag below.  Happy writing!
